Leaflets and booklets

Information about the newborn and infant physical examinations is available in two Antenatal and Newborn Screening booklets produced by the UK National Screening Committee:

• Screening tests for you and your baby
• Screening tests for you baby. 

A pregnant woman, registered with a GP, will receive this information during her pregnancy.  The relevant information form those booklets is available here for downloading.
